If something unexpected happens, just let us know. We are reasonable. However, if a suit is not returned within 24 hours of the agreed return time and we are unable to make contact, the replacement value plus a £20 administration fee will be charged.
Every suit is carefully inspected, refreshed and prepared before hire. This includes steaming, pressing and detailed fabric checks to ensure it is ready to wear. Suits are provided free from visible stains and odour, and we don’t send out anything we wouldn’t confidently wear ourselves.
Where a suit requires professional dry cleaning due to its condition, this is carried out before it is listed. To keep prices close to charity-shop level, we do not automatically dry clean every suit.
If you would prefer professional dry cleaning before collection, we’re happy to arrange this at the dry cleaner’s standard charge (£13 for a two-piece suit). Next-day service is available at the dry cleaner’s additional £4 fee. A small handling charge applies to any arranged dry cleaning to cover transport and coordination.
